• Mana Burn emblem wording clarified for smoother gameplay.
• Commander spell counters now trigger on combat damage only.
• Signature Spell activation wording clarified.
• Commander tax and command zone limits clarified.
• Outside-the-game cards must now come from an agreed pool or sideboard.

These changes improve clarity and reduce gameplay disputes without altering format intent.
