The universal ban list, as provided by Wizards of The Coast, will be enforced.
• All cards that refer to the ante mechanic
• All cards that Wizards has removed due to insensitive artwork or name
• All cards with the Conspiracy card type
The ban list for Chaos is split into 2 types: OP, and just need to remove. OP cards, are ones that are banned because they give the owner an unfair advantage in the game. At the top of this list is the coveted Power 9. The rest of the ban list are cards that have issues being compatible with the format, and so are removed from gameplay.

Ban Exceptions
When playing the outlaw variant, the ban list is turned into a quasi-restricted list. With this, each player is allowed to select 1 card from the ban list to use in their deck. The universal ban list will still be enforced.
Restricted List
Below is the list of restricted cards in this format. There is only one form of restricted card, and they are limited to 1 copy per deck. All restricted cards are considered on the list until they are taken off. Silver Border / Acorns / Mystery Booster Playtest cards are on this list.
